Food could cause it for sure, but to be on the safe side i would ask the vet for a prescription of ALBON , and give it to her together with "panacur-c" or Safeguard for at least 5 consecutive days, 9 consecutive days the better.

This is a very good deworming program that gets rid of gyardia ( wich causes your simptoms and will not show on every fecal, sometimes never shows)
Also gets rid of any coccidia , same thing , may or may not show on fecal exams
.
Albon is antibiotic and works on stopping these nasty critters and calming down the intestines... the other is a very broad dewormer that used combined with Albon pretty much gets rid of anything parasite ...
If after that she still have "episodes" i would go ahead and exchange her food and concentrate on something else !!!!
