LOL! I just recently started my sewing career by making a memory quilt for my grandmother. And the first thing I thought when I saw the title of your thread was... "the one that will bounce when you throw it out the window!" During the making of just that one quilt I assure you that I wanted to throw mine out the window no less than 100 times. Of course by the end I learned that most of it was user error on my part and not a flaw in the machine. Anyway lots of luck on your first project! My quilt turned out well and many people asked if I sold them. So just take your time and make sure and have someone lock all your windows and hide your sledgehammer
