All four of mine sleep with me and I've had Caesar and Lucy since they were 8 weeks old. We never had a potty accident. If they started moving around I took them to the potty and later I got stairs.
With cookie's last litter I had one puppy that raised such a ruckus I was positive the neighbors could hear him, even though he was in the house. He got all his litter mates going and I didn't get any sleep, so when he was 7 weeks old I started taking him to bed with me. As soon as he was out of the puppy room the other puppies could sleep and so could I. When I found him a new home I told his new mommy that he would be very vocal at night unless he could sleep in her bed and she didn't have any problem with that. |
