Lily only wears hers when we are outside, she is also micro chipped. The collar is mainly for our laws sometimes when we are at the dog park someone will come and check to see if they have their city tag and rabies tag. Her collar is loose so it can slip off I do not use it to walk her she wears a harness when going for walks. |
