I'm wondering if anyone else has had any experience with this? Piper has a normal poop and than a really gross one (mucus or pink tinged and runny). This doesn't happen everyday and she isn't getting anything to eat except her regular dog food (Fromm's Puppy Gold) and the occasional piece of cat food she steals if she gets to it before we pick it up.

I took a sample to the vet awhile ago and they tested it and didn't find anything. The vet put her on some meds in case something was irritating her bowel but it only helped for awhile.

Piper has had this problem off and on since I got her (she's 5.5 months now and I got her at 15 weeks). I'm going to take a sample to the vet next time she does this but I'm hoping someone on here might have some suggestions? When I last spoke to our vet (brought in 2 of the cats) she said that maybe Piper's diet is too rich and we have to put her on something really bland.
