I can't stand people like that.
We live in an apartment and the people above us (weirdos) have some sort of a mix shepherd and it stays on their tiny porch all day long. Our apartment porch is tiny anyways but they have a grill, 2 bikes, and a plant up there. All there is left is room for him to lay down. She told me he cant go inside anymore because when he does he tears things up. Well duh! He never gets to run off his energy. Poor guy! They should of known that before they got him.
