Default Yorkies-----Hypo-allergenic

My DD is allergic to dogs and cats, she breaks out in hives.
I did a lot of research before we got Dudley and I had read that Yorkies are hypo-allergenic and she has been fine with Dudley. He does NOT shed, his hair is more of the "silky" and we try to brush him a couple times a week but he does not shed at all. Then we got Miley and her hair is more "course" and I have noticed that she sheds, so thinking maybe it could be from the other dogs she was around (non Yorkies), we have given her 2 baths just in a week since we've had her and she STILL sheds. We can't have a dog that sheds with my DD's allergies. My DD has been breaking out in hives, hubby said last night that she looks like she has Chicken Pox (which she doesn't) but that is how many hives she has.
So now, the debate is whether to keep Miley or find her a good home. I can't have my DD being miserable all the time and she is on Zyrtec year round, so we might have to find Miley a new home. We will still keep Dudley of course since she is fine around him.
I never thought it would come to this ugggg.
