I'm sorry I am seeing this an hour later... but I would go with your gut feeling. If you think it isn't an immediate emergency then go first thing in the morning. Keep her close to you while you are sleeping in case she worsens in the night. Pups always seem to get worse late at night! I can't seem to think what it could be, excessive thirst is related to diabetes and cushing disease but your pup is too young for those things... also, her laying out straight could be that her tummy is hurting her and it feels better to lay straight out... I wish I could be more help to you. I'll be thinking of you tonight and sending out positive vibes...
