good for you for standing up for Pao. i sometimes find it hard because i know the vet knows more than i do (generally speaking) but i too feel firmly about my beliefs. Layla was not vaccinated for Lepto this year and never will be and was not given the shot for Bordetella. She had to have her rabies as it is law here and she had her annual vaccine. She does not need anything else for 3 years at which point i might not get her booster and she will just have her dreaded rabies.
