And an instance like that is
all the fault of the registry? Shouldn't then part of the blame be placed on the dishonest person trying to register and breed the dog? Or even the breeder? What steps could they have taken to ensure the dog wouldn't be bred?
Generally speaking, there ARE lots of people who take advantage of the situation and do this, but that doesn't include EVERYONE--kind of unfair that those who ARE honest get grouped into the same stereotypical bunch.
