Oh I see the picture and it reminds me of when Buddy was around
1yr and he got those kind of red bumbs in the same area. I went right
to the Vet and he told me it was a doggy form of "Diaper Rash". He gave
me an ointment and it was gone in a couple of days and he never got it
again.
