Different ants different bites. Fire ants are bad, big time, however
your pups would be in pain also. Depends what kind of ants are
around. Check the yard out for mounds of dirt and see what kind
of ants are coming and going. Just a thought. Hives come from something
so there has to be something in the yard, I would think.
How about spinder bites? They are another bug who can cause a raised
bump like hive.
