Yes, it took me a while to figure it out
When I start running the water for her bath, I have to pee and I suppose she does but I would blow her hair dry and she was so wiggley that it hit me one day (things do take awhile for me)
So after her bath, I let her down all wet and messy and she runs like crazy to her pee pad to pee.lol
Then we start the drying and grooming. She doesn't drink a drop of water it's just that our mind tells us to do that sometimes when we hear water running. Your case may be different but that's what happens to us.
