Tatum knows the routine well. She potties before bath and then we bathe, apply conditioner and then someone holds her wrapped in a towel (either me or one of the kids) and then we rinse conditioner and head to the bathroom to dry. Immediately after drying she goes straight to the door, goes outside and pees lickety-split and heads in for her after-bath special treat and bully stick. That's the way it's always been. I always figured the warm bath would make her need to go.
