I have never heard of a feral cat becoming totally tamed. She may eventually let you pet her but that is probably it. At least she will keep mice and other critters away. We have several "barn cats" as we call them. They never come inside and don't get shots or vet visits but momma is getting spayed as soon as this latest litter is weaned. Since you made her a bed and place to get out of the rain and are feeding her, I doubt very much that she goes away. Good luck.
