Ok! So I called AmeX and they have a benefit called "buyer protection"!! They are going to reimburse the entire cost of my wallet since I used my AmeX card to purchase.... I am SOOO happy! The purchase had to have been made within 90 days, and GUESS WHAT? I BARELY made it at
89 days!! WHEEEEEEEEEEW!
I just need a copy of receipt, CC statement, and police report. This is such a great service that more people should know about.
