Kay Jewelers can actually change the diamonds out for CZs. You could get a ring with a CZ now and change it back to diamonds later! I have a couple of CZ rings that I love to wear. Actually, a CZ is not a "fake". It's when you represent it as a diamond that it becomes a fake/lie. I have one ring with a big CZ in it. When rude/snooty people ask if it's real, I always answer, "Yes, it is". Of course, if they ask if it's a real diamond, I tell them "No, it's a real CZ".
