You offering to help is so very thoughtful and kind. This owner might be a senior citizen or ?? and has limited mobility of ways to getting the word out.

I hope you get in touch with the owner and that this Yorkie finds his way home very soon.

Calling the local radio stations I have found the D.J's to be more then helpful spreading the word of a lost/stolen pet.
