our girls love to GO!! but poor big ole Daisy (almost 10 lbs) is the only one who gets carsick,, she does MUCH better in our trucks,, than the car,, but she'll still drool like a mad dog and then get SICK SICK!!! several times i've caught dog vomit in my HAND rather than let it hit my interior!!! GROSS!!! but,, we've since put her on Cerenia (RX for carsickness),, its fairly new,, and works AMAZINGLY well,, Daisy now LOVES to GO!!! where Pre-Cerenia,, she hated walking toward the car or truck,, poor baby as she knew it was going to make her sick,, we tried all kinds of natural remedies, nothing worked,, but Cerenia is TERRIFIC!! we got the recommendation from our vet,, tried it and were amazed our first trip!! i give her one pill ,, 30 minutes before we leave out,, and she is fine,, enjoys riding now!!! can eat and drink if she needs to and still doesnt get sick! but I will tell you, we then got a written RX from the vet and sent it in to Drs Fosters & Smith,, cost less than half there of what it did thru the vets office,,,, is worth EVERY PENNY to us,, our trip is enjoyable for Daisy and for us now!!
