I was giving Jake a bath today and decided to trim his face. He was being so good, that I started on his ears next. Then, I just got scissor happy and cut all over! I haven't been able to get any good pictures yet, but I'm not finished with his cut yet.
His hair was almost to the floor, so I got all the longer hair out of the way with scissors. Now all I have to do is take the clippers and finish it off.
He has gotten so used to me grooming and bathing him now, that I actually think he enjoys it!
He stayed completely still for me! Now that I'm getting the hang of it, I really like grooming my boys! He seemed happy with his cut. When I put him down, he did his little run around in circles happy dance, and Jackson joined him!
The first time I cut his hair, it took my hubby and I three hours!!! Today, I did it by myself. I had him cut, bathed and dried in an hour because he was so good!
Anyone else enjoy grooming?
