Non-fat cottage cheese and boiled potatoes are recommended as part of a bland diet. Cheese (I use low fat) is also a good treat once in a while. My girls love Yogurt as well, and it is good for the gut. I have found several home cook recipes that call for regular or sweet potatoes.
