That is downright disgusting company behavior... If I had ordered from those toads and gotten that kind of response, this is what I would do... (time consuming, but may be worth your time)

1. Contact EVERY company they offer products from and send them your email correspondense along with every internet posting you can dig out of the deep. (here is the URL to one of the companies they sell their producst Sherpa's Pet Trading Company - The Original Soft Side Pet Carrier)

2. I would contact the BBB in their city, state and if there is a federal one, that one also.

3. Turn them into the IRS for possible fraud. (If they are that willing to be so infantile, chances are they have no problem NOT refunding money and saying they did)

4. Report them in writing and via email to the State Attorney General in their state and the state you live in. Make sure it is a registered letter.

5. Send the Senetor in their state a letter and email requesting they be investigated.

6. Send a letter and email to every TV station in their city asking their "watch dog" reporter to look into it and report on their gross and abusive behavior.

7. Get on EVERY pet forum board you can find and post, post, post!!

This would be for starters :-)
