I think that's so noble of the Veterinarian offering to spay whole litters for 20 bucks. He's basically giving his services away for free. 70% of all cats taken into shelters are euthanized each year. So sad. I'll be praying that your neighbor changes his mind. I wonder if you could get a brochure from the clinic & give it to him?
