This is a recipe that I use:
Barbecue Brisket
5-6 lbs. beef brisket Salt
3 oz. liquid smoke Pepper
Celery salt Worcestershire sauce
Garlic salt 6 oz. barbecue sauce
Place brisket a baking bag. (Do not cut holes in it yet.) Pour liquid smoke over meat. Generously sprinkle meat on both sides with celery and garlic salt. Close bag; place in refrigerator overnight. When ready to bake, sprinkle both sides of meat with salt and pepper and a little of Worcestershire sauce. Now cut some little holes in the bag. Bake 5 hours in 275 degree oven. Cool meat completely; slice. Place in a foil line pan; pour 6 oz. of barbecue sauce over meat. Uncovered continue baking 3/4 to 1 hour.
