Honestly, I'd like to have him inside trained. I'll be going back to work in about 2 months and no one will be home to take him outside. Thanks for the X-Pen info. I'm going to head over the site right now and look at them. Right now we have a small pet carrier. He'll sleep in it on occasion, but absolutely goes nuts if I put the door on and lock him in. Our hallway is linked to our kitchen and we're able to block off the entrance into the living room area with a baby gate. Even with all that space he still barks and yelps until someone brings him into the room with everyone else.
** When u said X-pen, do u mean "excercise pen"? I can't find anything at petsmart specifically named X-pen.
