I use the Target washcloths too, they are super cheap. I never use paper towels anymore
I also use vinegar to clean a lot of things, it doesn't bother my allergies at all.
For fragrance I put some essential oils in a spray bottle with water or in a bowl, that works really well too. I also use lavender mixed with water to freshen my hair on days I don't want to wash it
