I think it's hard to tell just by looking, they all look silky to me, and very shiny too. Usually you can tell the difference by brushing, if they mat a great deal they probably have a cotton coat, and if it seldom mats it probably a silky coat. I have heard of mixtures of the two as well as wool coats, which makes it more confusing. The all look gorgeous, but I'll bet you need a bath after bathing all of them.
