I am not going to say that it is cheating or not cheating. I don't think it is my place to judge anyone just like I would hope no one would judge me.

I would like to explain hair color. It is not like the harsh stuff that humans use. Usually it is a shampoo or conditioner that has a small amount of color that darkens hair a shade or too. The dogs don't sit around with a chemical on their hair. It is no different than getting a bath.
