I have always been a loyal customer of your store for the past 6 years and have always given praise to your store and the service I was given. Over the years I have participated in your obedience training for my dogs along with taking my dogs to your grooming department. I recently had a very bad experience with your grooming department. I have brought my two Yorkshire Terriers to your establishment for grooming for the past two years. And this was my worst experience ever. At the time of my appointment I gave the groomer down to the letter of instructions on how to groom my Yorkie as I often do. And left my pets what I thought was in good hands. I was notified that my dogs grooming had been completed. When I arrive and my dogs were brought out from the back to my horror they were shaved bald. All the groomer could tell me was she groomed my dogs per my instructions. I asked to see the instructions she had entered in the computer stationed at the grooming appointment desk. When the groomer realized I did not ask for them to be shaved bald. I was told “they are just dogs and it will grow back” in a very rude manner. I requested to speak to the manager and to my disappointment he was no help. He offered to give me ˝ off on any sweater in the store. When I informed him that I was an unhappy customer I was asked to pay for my service and asked to leave and never come back. I was not even given the common courtesy of an apology of my treatment. I entrusted my dogs to your staff to provide a service and my self and my dogs were treated with disrespect. I know that my dogs’ fur can not be replaced but I would like some kind of action taken and I also feel an apology is in order.
I look forward to hearing from you. I hope you can respond within 5 business days, so that we are able to resolve this problem in a speedy fashion. Please let me know if I am getting my point across. Also any help would be welcome. |
i think you were to nice!!!! i would have called the police.better yet why don't you consider judge judy or any other tv judge...they wont want to appear on tv for a suit of that type and they will return your money and you will get you apology.
