Sounds like you are doing all of the right things. He's going to adjust very quickly and you will have a friend for life! On the cowering when you go to pick him up, I know some adult yorkies who still do that. You might want to continue just the paper training until he adjusts to his new home. Too many changes may confuse him. Good luck! |
