Hi neighbor!!

Yes, most definitely 5 weeks is too young for the plane, as it's waaaaaaaaaaay tooooo young to be taken away from it's momma. Really they should not ever leave their mothers until at least 10-12 weeks. 8 weeks is too young too. They need that socialization time and time to grow up with their mom and litter mates. This is when they learn to be independent and learn to be a good dog.

Your inconvenience should be nothing to wanting to bring home a healthy, well-adjusted pup.

And when you bring her home you'll have to join our Central Iowa Yorkie Meetup group!!
