The most important thing is to make sure that he is eating. As everyone has said, I would make sure to leave a good quality dry food down at all times (I use Solid Gold). Monitor the food and make sure that he is eating it. If he isn't, try another food or try to get him to eat wet food. We too had a hypoglycemic puppy who had to be fed every 4 hours for about a month and a half. They will usually outgrow this, but it can take a lot of work and observation on your part to get him through this. I would also recommend keeping a bottle of the light Karo syrup on hand as it can get into the bloodstream quickly. Keep a close eye on his gums to make sure that they do not lose color as this is a sign of hypoglycemia. I would also notify your vet so that if he has a bad attack, they know of the problem and can assist if needed quickly.
