Default Groomer

I know you are upset and with good reason. I would get an "in home" groomer..it is not cheap, but you have so much peace of mind.
I tell people to write everything down, well as we know that is useless at Petsmart. I know there are good groomers working there, but for the most part it is so high volume, it doesn't allow time to it properly...They have to do it fast and get them out!!
