A dog CAN act normal. The first sign for mine is always lack of eating. When this happens, don't try to get her to do so. She will be fine. ONCE this does happen, pups usually start to arrive in 24 hours or less. However, only ONE time was everything going normal; no signs whatsoever and we had a litter of three. Shocked me I'll tell ya
