wow. Now THAT would freak me out too - How sad for that poor dog coming out of there with a bloody nose. I think I'd sue and I've never sued anyone in my life.
I think Petsmart grew so big they just hire people on the spot and it really sounds like the employees need some better customer service training - it's just not right to see so many complaints and hear about so many bad grooming experiences with a company that large - they should have the money to train people right AND have them serving the customer as if the customer is King - cause we ARE ....
