Thanks so much for the replies. Morgan is 14 months old and they have been together since Morgan was 8 weeks old. Bailey is NOT playing when Morgan goes at her. She has her ears back and she is hissing. There are times that Bailey will sit on my ottoman and Morgan is on the floor and Bailey will bop her on the head a few times in a row. She looks like a boxer! I think Morgan thinks she is playing and she may be. It's the times that Bailey is just walking across the floor and Morgan just takes off after her. We yell at Morgan to stop. There is a big size difference also. Bailey is about 15 pounds and Morgan is not quite 5. My husband sometimes wishes that Bailey still had her claws. He said she would get her once with them and she would learn to leave her alone.
I may try the pennies in the can or the water spray bottle.
