Awww....congratulations on your new kitty!....Tank and him should become very good playmates!...It sounds like you have an American Bobtail kitten.....I have two, one has a 3 inch tail and one has no tail, I guess the no tail is called a "rumpy", all of my yorkies love chasing them and playing together......
I had to put the litter in a Rubbermaid tub where the sides are about 8 inches high, it just makes more of an effort to reach in....
This is Zoey the rumpy....
