The only way to "almost" guarantee you will get a tiny yorkie is to purchase one that is older in age (full grown).... or REALLY look at their feet (paws) when you are purchasing them.
I don't have a problem with either word... tiny or teacup... just words... meaning small.... I prefer the smaller yorkies.
