I think she's adorable with floppy ears too. She has thicker ear leather though they are of good size. The cartilage was never really strong and she grows hair on her ears like nobody's business. The breeder never bothered to shave them after they came up as a pup and the weight broke the cartilage about half way down. When you really have her attention she will hold them up a bit and they look just like a sheltie's. Her daughter is the same way. It took me almost 5 months to get her ears up and I had to shave them every other day.
