We use vinegar. I try to soak up all I can, and then put a little straight vinegar directly on it, and spray a 50/50 vinegar/water mix on it, let that soak in, and clean it up with a towel. I do the straight vinegar first to get the smell out of the carpet pad and concrete; since it's more concentrated and has a longer way to go it seems to work better. |
