i took maisy to sign up for the puppy love class at our local obidence trainer. i have heard only good about this place, so i am not questioning it, but they have a rule that all dogs MUST wear a gentle leader brand leash and muzzle type thing. it goes around her mouth to avoid damage to her trachaea which is good, but i feel sooo bad for maisy! she cries and rubs her head and mouth when its on..& its not to tight or anything. the people there said she will get used to it soon, but in the meantime, i wanted to know how to get it on her easier without her biting it and me...has anyone else used the Gentle Leader?? please reply!!!
