I have little or no experience with breeders, but I remember the night we bought ours. The couple had been out fishing with the dogs all afternoon (the parents and both puppies), and our baby was sleeping on the couch with her mother, but the father and the little male puppy were playing on the floor. The husband had the father Yorkie do some tricks for us, and the little male was biting their cat's tail and just generally going nuts. The female that we picked seemed calmer but alert and friendly. In general, it was a happy family scene
