Girl I'm proud of you! Look on the bright side, at least you won't have 20 lunatics screaming and cat calling while you take your walk. My family is SUPER redneck and while I love them, there are times that I wish they were just a little bit more... reserved... in respectable settings. There's a part of me who thinks I would have been just as happy with just my mom because I already have anxiety attacks during important things like that and all those people just made it worse. Plus they complained the whole time about how long the ceremony took, how packed campus was, how there was no parking, how we didn't have enough junk food at our apartment for them to munch on before the ceremony... the list was never ending
