Thank God he was okay! How frightening! I just started putting a collar on Xavier because I thought it'd be good for him to always have his tags on just in case. He's microchipped already, but the tags are obvious you know? I think I should just leave his harness on during the day maybe? Although I hate to because it mats his fur
