Who are you to say that I would even think of putting a person or animal at risk. There are people that own pits that are completely dedicated to having their dogs and their neighbourhood living in peace and take all precautions. Plus, I am not planning on getting one while I still have a Yorkie because if anything should happen to him then I don't know what I would do. So many people are so hooked on the fact that they were bred to fight that they do not realize that any dog that attacked a handler or any other human, it was put down! They are beautiful and wonderful dogs. And, why is it that the only people that support the "pitbull" breeds are pitbull owners and people that know that dogs are not born mean but can become that way if not properly disiplined. Maybe people that have a problem with pitbulls just are not educated on the matter.
