Mugzy NEVER wears a collar. I am so afraid of trachea problems. He has several harnesses that we use for outside. I found a very cute "vest" that has been sewed around the neck and it velcros under his chest. The clip for his leash is then on his back. However, he has gotten tubby now that he has hit the ripe old age of 17 months and it doesn't fit anymore
