congrats..how old is she? Is she very small? I know puppies sleep a lot ..I would think especially during a long car ride. I would just watch her, and make sure she eats often. Have you introduced her to her new environment? I know, I have not brought home a puppy in a long long time and worry about bringing home such a tiny baby..good luck.
