There are some things that don't make sense. The main thing is that this pup be in a good home with someone that is going to take care of it and give it the medical care it needs and deserves.
There were several suggestions here for you in getting this dog help.
The one and only concern of any of the posters here is, I'm sure, the well being of this dog.
If anything I said has offended you, I did not mean to do that.
But I must say that my biggest concern is the health of this puppy.
I do hope that this dog has been seen by a vet and we are just not being told that.

I was thinking on these same lines ( has the pup really been seen or not) but did not want to further offend anyone...I can only hope the little furbaby has been seen.
