My traditional has a black roof. My carrier's mouth looks to be pink with black ridges.
I personally don't think that a carrier's would be any different. f that were true, the YTCA would have figured this out and added mouth color to their standards in order to weed out any carriers.
Also, they are carriers, which means they do not have the second gene that is required to over ride the dominant traditional gene. |
I have 4 Parti carriers.. and all 4 have grey solid roofs of their mouths.. Their Bellies are all pink.. So I don't know what this breeder is going by, as my carriers have NO spots either belly or mouth roof.. Loretta
