Congrats on the pup... the problem seems to be that he's allowed to go wherever/whenever he wants. Unfortunately until he's better trained you have to keep him confined and restrict his space in the home, its the only way he'll learn. If you go into a different room and cant keep an eye on him, he should be confined so that he wont get into trouble. This can be a looong training process (be advised
